TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ADVERTISING ON THE SITE
The Advertiser acknowledges the following terms and conditions:-
1. If the client has purchased advertising through an agent, the advertiser acknowledges the agent is a reselling agent of the site owner and is not employed by the site owner in any capacity.
2. The agent and/or the advertiser is responsible for the content of the artwork, of the advertised listing and the advertiser undertakes to check and approve the listing within 7 days of the listing being made.
3. The customer is responsible for advising the agent of any changes to the textual content or artwork are required to made or is responsible for making the changes itself if it has placed the advertisement directly on the website.
4. By accepting these terms and conditions the advertiser approves the listing with a specific direction is made to the agent to the contrary, the customer acknowledges that the site may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, upgrading, software changes or other variations that may be required from time to time.
5. The advertiser acknowledges that the listed fee is payable on the day the listing is made and failure to pay the fee will lead to a suspension of the advertisement until the fee has been remitted.
6. The advertiser acknowledges that if an advertisement is upgraded the customer shall pay the difference between the listing fee for the original advertisement and the upgraded fee, however if an upgrade is made after 12 months of the original advertisement then the full fee is payable in respect of the upgrade unless any other agreement is reached between the agent and the site manager.
